Most platforms let anyone list themselves. Rankings can be bought. Reviews cannot always be trusted. We wanted a place where the standard for being listed is clear, specific, and enforced.

Vetted means a person who understands this field has reviewed training, practice history, references, and professional presence. It does not mean someone paid more or took better photos.
The standard will evolve as we learn. The principle will not: being listed on Somafield means someone has been checked.
